No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscription plan.

This Service is intended for commercial and business use. Individual users purchasing for personal use acknowledge that this is a business-to-business service. Asterwise does not fall within the definition of a seller of consumer goods under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 for the purposes of this Service.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

API access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. The nature of digital API services makes refunds impractical once access has been provided.

Evaluate Before You Buy

We strongly encourage you to use our free sandbox tier before purchasing a paid plan. The sandbox tier provides 500 API calls per month at no cost, with no credit card required. This gives you full access to evaluate the accuracy and suitability of our calculations for your use case.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of duplicate charges or verified technical failures on our end that prevented API access for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period, please contact us at support@asterwise.com. We will respond within 7 business days and review each case individually.
